The Importance of Hydroponic in our School

     Hydroponic namely how to cultivate plant by using water without using soil as a planting medium. Hydroponics is increasingly being developed in schools because it does not require much land to cultivate it.
However, is hydroponics important in our school?
     Some people agree with the issue, that hydroponics in important to be applied in our schools. Usually they argue besides being efficient on land, the use of fertilizer media is more efficient. Not only that, the process of plant growth is also faster and the risk of being attacked by pests and diseases is very small.
     However, some others disagree about rhe importance of hydroponics in our school. Usually argue that the making of planting media with a hydroponic system is quite difficult because it requires knowledge or experience, and the tools used are still not popular in Indonesia. In addition, hydroponics also requires extra care in setting the temperature, ph, and nutrients provided.
     Hydroponics in schools is important because the planting media needed is not too broad. For schools that do not have enough hydroponic land can be an alternative. But the treatment process provided must also be more extra that usual.
